Is there a web based email client?

Yes. To access your web based email client, go to www.yoursite.com/webmail. For example, If my website address was www.faq.com, then my webmail address would be www.faq.com/webmail.

What is my username to logon to webmail?

Your username for webmail is your full email address. For example, myname@mysite.com.

What webmail systems do you have available?

Currently you will have access to both Horde and NeoMail.

Can I use Outlook instead of webmail?

Yes. You can setup a POP3 email account in Outlook to automatically retrieve your messages.

What is the POP3 Incoming mail server for Outlook?

mail.enteryoursitenamehere For example, mail.simplymysite.com

What is the SMTP Outgoing mail server for Outlook?

mail.enteryoursitenamehere For example, mail.simplymysite.com

What is my username for Outlook?

Your full email address. For example, myname@mysite.com

Do I have to setup any other settings in Outlook?

Yes. You must configure your Outgoing Server setting under "More Settings...". Set this to Log on using your full email address and password.

Can I create a mailing list through webmail?

No. However, you can create a distribution list in Outlook.
