What kind of payments do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How often do I have to pay?

SimplyMyBuilder Users: We offer two payment plans. There is a Monthly payment plan and an Annual payment plan. The Annual plan offers a 10% discount.
All Other Users: A payment options will be presented to you upon the request of a price quote

Are payments automated?

Yes for SimlpyMyBuilder users. Unless you tell us otherwise, your account will renew automatically at the end of its term and your credit card will be charged.

Is there any Money Back Guarantee?

SimplyMySite.com does not offer money back guarantee. If you ordered SimplyMyBuilder on an annual billing cycle, you will be refunded for any unused months. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service, it will be up to our discretion to provide a refund.

What do I do if my credit card number has changed?

Contact us immediately to avoid any penalties and deliquent payment. Please include your First and Last name, Phone number and Domain name so we may reach you to update your information.
